Ernesto Martinez, Jr. specializes in real estate, title insurance, zoning and land use, mortgage closings, taxation and estate planning. Mr. Martinez has been an attorney for over 18 years. Prior to going into private practice, he was vice president and general counsel for a national multifamily housing developer and management company, and general counsel for the Exxon distributor for South Florida. Mr. Martinez has extensive experience representing the sellers, buyers and lenders in real estate and business transactions, in a variety of settings including vacant land, gasoline stations, convenience stores, warehouses, apartment buildings, houses, and condominium units. 

Mr. Martinez also provides individual and business tax services and estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts for estate planning, asset protection and inheritance planning.
