Ernesto Martinez, Jr., as vice president
of the Exxon distributor for South Florida, created and developed
the South Florida network of Exxon gasoline stations, including
zoning, development work and construction management. Drafted the
contracts, leases, and fuel supply agreements.

Counsel of The March Management Company. Managed the successful
acquisition of a Boston real estate, direct investment, investor
services and management with properties and investments throughout
the United States and Puerto Rico. Headed the legal and investor
services department. Developed and structured tax advantaged

Esiason, Arthur Ashe, James Worthy and Bob Griese.

buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, including apartment
buildings, restaurants, retail businesses, concrete block
manufacturing and concrete wall manufacturing plants, shopping

purchase and development of parcels, including developing form sales
contracts and contractor agreements.

two Section 8 low-income housing projects in the City of Miami.

station in Miami Beach, Florida.
